We would like to invite you to the 2025 Warburg Pincus Private Equity Case Competition, hosted by the Wharton Undergraduate Private Equity and Venture Capital Club at the University of Pennsylvania! The Warburg Pincus Private Equity Case Competition (WPPECC) offers a unique platform for students to explore private equity opportunities by selecting a target company and conducting a buyout analysis for a growth focused investment. The competition is open to all university undergraduate students with an interest in private equity transactions, and teams can cross-register with undergraduates from any school.
